YZEUP REFUNDS POLICY

Thank you for your purchase, at YZEUP, we want to make your return or Refund as easy as possible. If you receive a defective product, or the reasons for your refund or cancellation applies to our return conditions, please mail your Refund Request and ensure to send the product back to us within (30) days after the delivery of the product. The product must be in the same condition it was before shipment to receive a full refund. If 30 days have gone by since you received your package, unfortunately, YZEUP will not offer you a refund or accept your return.
- Return Conditions
As a Customer of the YZEUP Website, you agree to only apply for a refund and return only in the following circumstances:
- If you are yet to receive your purchase Item, after the delivery window specified on your order page has passed;
- You received a defective or damaged item ;
- Item delivered does not match the agreed specification (e.g. wrong size, colour, etc.).
- The item delivered is materially different from the description provided in the listing of the item;

YZEUP will review your Return Request on a case-by-case basis and, at our sole discretion, determine if your return is successful.
Please bear in mind the following goods cannot be returned:
- Goods purchased and customized to your specifications can not be returned.
- Goods purchased are not eligible for return due to its detonatable nature or expired
- Goods purchased are not eligible for return if they are unsealed after delivery especially health related products.
YZEUP in its sole discretion reserve the right to refuse returns of any products that does not meet the above return conditions.
- Conditions for Returned Item:
Customers who wish to request a refund must contact the YZEUP 30 days after delivery by emailing us at [email protected] Below are conditions to enjoy a full refund benefit
- Your cancellation and refund request needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase
- Products must be returned in their original condition with all packaging and documentation.
- Customers are fully responsible for paying shipment costs.
- Refund or return request must be mailed to YZEUP within 30 days after product delivery depending on where you place your order.
If your refund does not meet the above criteria, please send a message to us. Please tell us which of the conditions you have not met, and we will suggest a suitable alternative. If we receive your refund request in a situation that does not meet our refund criteria, we reserve the option not to do a refund. If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or the original payment method. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. You will be notified via email of the status of your refund and any potential adjustments once we have processed and approved your refund request.
